Our history

BOTEK was established as a company based on building the relationship with the manufacturer DELL Technologies, which, as the first ever distributor of DELL Technologies products in Kosovo, this was a special challenge for a new company making its first steps. This was a strong value and basis for the foundation of BOTEK, soon giving the company international exposure.

These value and basis have never been in doubt, being powerful motivation for the professional development of the company and staff, while maintaining and advancing this partnership in the highest possible levels during the 18 years that the company has been in business in the role of a distributor and integrator, as well as being the authorized servicing shop for DELL Technologies in Kosovo.

After a period of development, the company begins to grow with the addition of new share holders, turning BOTEK into a Limited Liability Company, BOTEK LLC. Through the new share holders that invested with extra capital and/or human resources, the company now had a new profile, offering a much greater range of products and solutions, while noticeably increasing the number of the professional staff that represented the company.

This period is identified by the growth of the company’s activity, especially in the software development field, where during this period numerous specific projects in the field of high-level security were completed. Based on the completion of these projects, the company had established another strong basis in its foundation, giving BOTEK LLC a highly respectable reputation in the field of software development and management.

What characterizes this period for BOTEK LLC is the significantly increased number of partnerships and cooperations created on a regional and international level. During this time, the growth and development of the company was at an all-time high, building numerous partnerships with well known companies world-wide. At this time, BOTEK LLC was able to generate very impressive numbers for exporting various products in the region and even more, especially for devices related to telecommunication services.

The company has now stabilized and is maintaining many relationship in local, regional and international level in the form of cooperation through partnerships with these companies, being able to get access to countless capital and complex projects in the field of IT and many more.

The company’s strategy in an IT world with incredible dynamic is to offer value to our clients through uniting our company’s internal resources with external resources, using advanced methods of cooperation, from various manufacturers and also companies with similar profiles in the IT business. These methods of cooperation (joint-ventures) are producing great results for us as well as our partners across the world, thus creating a new culture with the highest standards of cooperation based on hard work, values and sincere working relationships.
